Returns & Refund

Thank you for shopping with us!

Due to the nature of the product returns and refunds are only accepted on the bases of receiving a damaged item .If you do need to make a return or exchange you're welcome to do so within 14 days.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s) then we are unable to accept your return.

We will refund items if they are damaged when received , please send us a picture of the item to team@hygiecup.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 workings days.
